### 🔹 Role Overview
Grind Magico is looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Area Sales Manager** to lead sales operations, develop distribution networks, expand market presence, and drive business growth across the assigned territory.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand the distributor/dealer network.
• Appoint new distributors and manage existing channel partners.
• Drive sales through distributors and HORECA customers.
• Lead and manage Sales Officers within the assigned territory.
• Visit hotels, cafés, restaurants, offices and other HORECA outlets.
• Achieve monthly sales and market-development targets.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
• Prepare regular sales and market reports.
### 🔹 Candidate Profile
• **2–5 years of experience** in Sales / FMCG / F&B / HORECA / Distributor Sales.
• Team-handling experience preferred.
• Experience in distributor appointment and market development is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
